At GloryLook, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. Cancellation requests must be sent to our customer support team via email.

Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances. Tracking details will be shared once shipped.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, including cases where you simply don't like the product or a wrong item was delivered. Customers must provide a clear unboxing video from package opening to inspection, along with photos of product, invoice, packaging, and shipping label. Claims without proper proof may be rejected. For returns due to change of mind, a deduction of ₹100 will apply towards delivery and return shipping charges. No deduction applies if the wrong item was delivered.

Exchange Policy
Size exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery and depend on stock availability. Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after successful inspection. Prepaid orders are refunded to original payment method. COD refunds are processed via bank transfer after valid details are provided. Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days after approval.

Inspection & Quality Check
Returned items are inspected. If product is used, damaged, or not in original condition, request will be rejected.

Fraud & Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to reject orders or claims in case of suspicious activity, misuse of policy, or fraud attempts.
