Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
At GloryLook, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns are accepted only if a wrong item is delivered. No other returns are allowed.
- To claim a wrong item return, customers must provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video from package opening to product inspection.
- Customers must also provide clear photos of the delivered item, invoice, packaging, and shipping label.
- Claims without sufficient evidence may be rejected.
- Size exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery and are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested size is unavailable, the exchange request cannot be processed.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Wrong-item returns will be verified after the product is received at our facility. Refunds will be processed only after successful inspection.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, customers must provide valid bank account details to receive the refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.
- GloryLook reserves the right to reject any return, exchange, or refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
